Developed an AI assistant using Agents from AWS Bedrock and Lex to aid HR practitioners with survey-related queries, reducing client’s post survey-related queries by almost 70%.
Constructed data pipelines from MongoDB to AWS Redshift for efficient data processing and survey insight extraction, providing a solid foundation for building AI tools.
Developed machine learning models using python for forecasting, classification, text classification, key driver analysis, and clustering to deliver in-depth insights beyond standard metrics for various customers' employee engagement surveys.
Maintained relational databases and developed ETL scripts using AWS Glue to enable efficient data analysis and reporting, automating reports for 200+ survey takers—each receiving three different reports—shortening the project timeline by two months and thus saving on costs.

Developed Tableau dashboards for C-suite executives of a financial company, focusing on Talent Acquisition, DEI, and CSR initiatives. Updated quarterly, these dashboards offered critical insights to assess the impact of these activities. Their design and data were continuously refined and used for four years.
